Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using the bk8apk platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. These terms form a legal agreement between you as the user and bk8apk as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the bk8apk platform. Continued use of any part of our services after the terms have been updated is considered acceptance of those changes.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To register a bk8apk account, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Provide true, accurate, and complete personal information during the registration process.
• Not have another active account or one that was previously closed due to a terms violation.
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party without written authorisation from bk8apk.
• Ensure that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you.

bk8apk reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

bk8apk supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum amount for deposits and withdrawals is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes once identity verification is complete. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

• bk8apk does not charge any processing fees on standard deposit transactions.
• Users are responsible for any fees charged by their respective payment service providers.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered in the same user's name.
• bk8apk reserves the right to carry out compliance checks before approving any large withdrawal.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

bk8apk offers various incentives to registered users, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback through the VIP programme, and periodic promotions tied to selected sports events and games. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements.

Welcome bonus: Your first deposit is eligible for a 100% bonus up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus must be wagered 10 times the bonus value before any related withdrawal is approved. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100 (balance RM200), your wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 in bets. For a deposit of RM3,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,500 is received (balance RM4,700) and the wagering required is RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

VIP Programme: Users who bet actively are eligible to move up the bk8apk VIP programme across three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier provides weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. Tier advancement depends on your betting activity over time.

General Game Rules

All games available on the bk8apk platform — including sports betting, online slots, live casino, and crash games — are subject to their own specific rules. Users are encouraged to read the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results determined by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• bk8apk reserves the right to void bets placed on markets or matches that carried inaccurate pricing due to a technical error.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable during a game session. bk8apk is not responsible for losses resulting from a connection disruption on the user's end.
• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user except in circumstances specifically provided for by the relevant game rules.

Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

bk8apk maintains a safe and fair platform for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account restriction or closure without notice, as well as freezing of account balances:

• Registering or using multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained illegally.
• Attempting to hack, breach the system, or exploit software bugs.
• Colluding with other users to cheat the game system or bonus system.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account.
• Any form of fraud that causes harm to the platform or other users.

bk8apk reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation purposes. Users suspected of involvement in prohibited activities will be contacted by our security team for further clarification.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

bk8apk operates under an international licence and provides an online betting platform generally on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, bk8apk is not liable for:

• Platform interruptions or unavailability due to maintenance, cyberattacks, or extraordinary circumstances.
